Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are at the expense on the purchaser unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable. All products are checked prior to shipment for faults or imperfections (unless otherwise described).

Items will be shipped with 48 hours of confirmation of payment. If this is not a business day, then this will be the next available business day.

On dispatch you will be issued with a tracking number. Please use this to see status of delivery. Once dispatched, we will accept no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of package. 

Customers are responsible for costs for re-delivery if delivery is not accepted or incorrect address has been provided. Please ensure you complete your shipping details correctly including Suburb, State and Postcode.

We take pride in ensuring the items are packed appropriately.

All items are shipped with signature required. We will not leave items at an unattended site. They must be signed for.
